Cimino School Hours

Cimino school hours are as follows: Monday (early release) 7:40 – 12:55, Tues-Fri, 7:40 – 1:55.

Character Pledge

Cimino is very proud of its dedication to teaching and helping students practice good Character. Specific Character traits are emphasized every month. These character core values are integrated in the school day in everything we do!

Cougar Cool Cat & Terrific Kid Awards

Every month teachers select one student from their class who best represents the trait for that month. If your child is selected, they will come home with a packet from Mrs. Blackmon letting you know what trait they were selected for and the date and time of the ceremony. The ceremony is held in the multipurpose room. After the ceremony the children may enjoy a small breakfast treat and beverage.

Cimino Safey/Evacuation Plan

As part of our safety plan, we have designated sites in the event of a school evacuation where parents may go to pick up your children.

Primary Site: Bloomingdale High School

Parent Reunification Staging Area: Bloomingdale Faculty Parking

Alternate Site: First Baptist Church of Brandon

Parent Reunification Staging Area: Dining Hall

For Both Sites: Bus to Evacuation Site Staging Area: Bus Loop, Culbreath Car Rider Line/Or Hideaway Car Rider Line
